From our central location in Lancaster, PA we can easily service the following cities: New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington DC. It is also fairly easy for us to get to Boston, Richmond, and most points on the East Coast.

Have a tight schedule? Don't worry about coming to us: we will deliver the van right to your doorstep (note: there are delivery fees depending on distance, travel time, and length of rental)

Other Information:

One Way Rentals:
Yes we do allow one way rentals between our locations and just about anywhere in the US or Canada. Keep in mind that all one way rentals will be charged a drop fee, the amount of which will vary depending on the current disposition of our fleet.

Offsite Deliveries/Pickups:
We will deliver (or pickup) to or from anywhere in the United States (or Canada) at a base rate of $1.50/mile, with a $50 minimum. This fee covers fuel, tolls, hotel, airfare, vehicle depreciation, driver wages, and all other costs associated with bringing the vehicle to your designated location.

Airport Pickups:
We can meet you in short term parking, a nearby hotel, or we can arrange for a town car to pick you up and bring you to us (additional fees may apply). Airport regulations will not permit us to pick you up curbside. Make sure you talk to us about your options when making your rental.

Late night dropoffs:
We can occasionally make arrangements for late night dropoffs if we are given advance notice (priority is given to long term rentals), but pickups and deliveries must be made during business hours.

Client Vehicle Parking
Unfortunately we cannot store your vehicle while you rent ours. All of our locations have both street and garage parking nearby.
