TOTAL CLEAN PLEDGE

In order to protect you, our staff, and the communities at our locations, we require all customers and employees to wear masks while at our location. The CDC has determined that masks help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

All locations have floor decals so that customers can maintain 6 feet of distance from each other.
We will conduct all rental transactions outdoors, weather permitting.
When weather does not permit outdoor transactions, we open windows, run fans, and keep air circulating. Numerous studies have shown increasing air flow helps prevent virus transmission.

We have disposable masks, disposable gloves, and hand sanitizer available for all customers.

Part of our TOTAL CLEAN process is ensuring we sanitize high touch surfaces with our 10 point checklist:

Key/key fob
Doors - interior, exterior: handles, pockets, buttons
Center Console - instrument/accessory panel, switches, touchscreen, buttons
Steering - wheel, column, ignition switch, buttons
A/V Equipment - monitor, game system, controllers, games (A/V equipment not available in every van)
Mirrors - rear, side and visor mirrors
A/C vents and swtiches
Gear shift/stick
Voids and compartments - cupholders, areas between seats and consoles/door jambs
Seat belts, buckles, attachment points

Bandago employees are required to follow best practices recommended by leading health authorities, including the CDC. These practices include:

Limit the number of employees in each location
Conduct customer interactions outdoors
Use social distancing
Stay home if they are feeling ill
Frequently wash hands
Frequently sanitize touchable surfaces with disinfectant per the TOTAL CLEAN 10 point checklist
Use gloves, masks, and a disinfectant when cleaning vehicles
Minimizing customer interaction at vehicle pickup or delivery
Ensure local teams have supplies and resources needed
