I recently rented a 15-passenger Ford Transit van from Bandago for a family trip to Destin, Florida. I was about 20 minutes late picking up the vehicle due to traffic in Nashville, but was warmly greeted by a young lady who had been working hard outside in the heat cleaning other vehicles. Even so, she was kind, professional, and quick to help.
She did a thorough inspection, gave me all the information I needed, and made sure I was able to leave promptly. Her customer service truly stood out.
The van drove perfectly — smooth, spacious, and reliable. It helped me give my family a touch of a luxury experience where everyone could just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. We all work hard, and having a vehicle that could comfortably fit us all without stress made a huge difference.
Bandago is definitely on to something when it comes to offering passenger transit vans like this — it really elevated the trip.
The only issue I ran into was after returning the van. I accidentally left my personal cell phone holder behind. I contacted someone the following Monday and was told it could be left outside for me to pick up. Unfortunately, after driving back out there, the item wasn’t there, and I haven’t received a response to my follow-up texts.
While this won’t stop me from renting from them again, better communication would definitely improve the overall experience — especially when it comes to retrieving lost items.
Overall, Bandago delivered a great rental experience, and I’ll definitely prioritize them for future family trips.
