I spoke with Jarod, the agent, who was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. He arranged for us to pick up the van the evening before and return it after hours, without any additional fees. This flexibility was greatly appreciated and made the entire process much easier for us. The gentleman at the pickup location on W. North Ave. in Stone Park was also very pleasant, professional, and helpful throughout the process. His friendly approach made the pickup and return smooth and stress-free. The 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter was a great vehicle for our trip—comfortable, spacious, and a very nice ride for our group. Overall, we had a very positive experience and truly appreciated the excellent customer service and flexibility from everyone involved. We would be happy to use the service again and recommend it to others.

Van price stayed where it should be and did not fluctuate due to date, time, or % of fleet reserved. Vehicle was clean and as advertised. On-site staff was accommodating, but I wish I was able to call them directly ahead of time. I would also like to see the ability to drop off/pick up vehicles. They needed two weeks advance notice but I booked 24hrs before. Maybe my particular request was too last minute- being 30 miles away, but it does sound like they are short-staffed. That's a management problem, otherwise the peeps there were rock your socks off

When we are looking to rent a van for a long drive for a long rental, this was the only place we could find thats close by airport who had good collection of vans. Though we didnot make a reservation, we had gone there to checkout the store and talk to the representatives at the location. They explained everything to manage the rental. They gave us a nice tour of the vehicle and helped understand the luggage space available in each of the vans. But know that you need to call their customer service to make a reservation or book online. It’s the same price. Make sure you understand unlimited miles option as it’s not truly unlimited. Insurance options are available and i’d imagine most folks want to pay extra for peace of mind.
