Bandango was easy to book and pickup/drop off was even easier. I did get lost (make a right upon passing the gates) but that was on me. When I called the help line for directions, they guided me swiftly to pick up. The staff member showed me the van, let me know the condition in which I should return it, and how to drop it off.
Helped make a surprise birthday party even better! (Also, if you didn’t know, these vans are extremely comfortable to drive. I usually drive a rav4 and this was even easier almost…except for any sharp turns)
What a GREAT company. We rented a van for my family 11 people. I got it towed by mistake...8 mins over. They helped me like I was family!!
