Premium Passenger Van Rental In Denver, CO

Updated: After completing a survey that was Bandago sent me, the CEO reached out to me via email. Before I had a chance to respond to him, Ben called me to ask about my experience and feedback. Both Ben and the CEO took note of our frustrations/concerns and I felt genuinely cared about improving employee training to help make the experience better for customers. After the conversation I am willing to give them another opportunity. They received the feedback and reached out to help make things right -which says a lot as most companies won't do that. We travel often and I have to say this was one of the most unorganized, unprofessional, dishonest and not forth coming experiences we have had to date. Pros - large and fit 12 people comfortably and luggage. Great Gas mileage. Cons - Reservations person had no idea what they were talking about. Gave us a lot of incorrect information. Not unlimited miles. The van wasn't clean or washed (we had to go pay to wash it and blow out the inside as I was not putting my family in that filth). The top AC unit was "broken" and we were told that they zip tied it to keep it up, but the air still worked IT DID NOT work at ALL - the people sitting in the back were so hot. The whole passenger side of the van had been side swiped by a previous user and the door alarm would constantly ding that the door was still open, so we had to make sure all of the lights were turned off so the battery didn't die. We were only offered another van if we waited for well over an hour for it be cleaned out, there was another clean van - but it was more "expensive" (which looking online after, it was not) and did not feel that was fair to us as the customer to pay extra when they weren't prepared - Good customer service would have offered us for the lower price When we asked what we do if there is a problem we were told, verbatim "you can text that number and hopefully they will get back to you. If its urgent text urgent and they may respond." I did text and low and behold got ZERO response. When we showed up this AM to drop the car we asked to be contacted by billing (Ben) to deduct 28 miles due to miscommunication on their team members part - and we weren't, we were just charged and no one has reached out or responded to my emails.

Everything went well with this car rental. The Mercedes brand is always a guarantee of quality and comfort. The assistance via text message was great – they always replied quickly. Picking up the van was smooth, and even the return process without staff worked perfectly because they explained everything to me via text message. It was definitely a good choice. The only improvement I’d recommend is offering an SCWD policy to reduce the excess to zero. It would give even more peace of mind during the trip

Rented a Mercedes Sprinter(Denver) for five day trip to Arizona(4 adults,7 kids). What a lifesaver. Couldn't have done it any other way, especially for the price. Flying doesn't let you enjoy the scenery/ experience. Highly recommend this company.
