Large selection of passenger vans. The only company offering passenger vans in the Charlotte area (that I could find). The van was clean, well maintained, and made a trip from NC to Maine to Montreal and back to NC. Customer service was friendly and helpful when we called to extend our rental. Friendly, helpful staff & competitive rates. Rented newer Ford Transit 15 passenger van for Scouting America snow trip in 2⁰F weather. Great headroom, operation and warmth with CarPlay touchscreen for convenient navigation. Collision sensor got dirty and flashed false warnings. Initial booking in was tough - Charlotte Bandago desk staff had me call CA and I had to wait over an hour for a callback. Easily rented a second van at the last minute though. Paperless rental, good communication.

At the last minute I found out that Enterprise did not rent vans (even though they allowed me to book one online). I had to scramble to find a van to transport and tour a group of my colleauges that were flying in to Charlotte. Thank goodness I found Bandago online, scheduled, and picked up the van. They saved me. It was clean, the management staff were very pleasant and easy pick up and return.
