Excellent company to rent from. Only thing they need to warn drivers driving the Mercedes van that there is a “Cross Wind” feature that activates when there is a heavy wind or passing semi’s.

On top of that, they're one of the few rental outfits that will allow you to tow a trailer, which is a huge boon for an independent music group like ourselves. This is my first experience with Bandago and the 12 passenger Sprinter van we rented was very roomy and everyone in it are extremely satisfied of the ride and comfort. On top of all the gadgets that it has for our use. As far as my experience with the staff, it was a breeze from the time I made the reservation back in April until the day I return the vehicle last Saturday, I never felt so comfortable working with these guys!!! One example was the small chip on my windshield that I missed during the inspection which I saw after I was 5 miles away. I sent an email about this with the front picture of the van that I took at the lot and it was never an issue. The response is awesome and as a customer this is a 5-star company in my book and I will keep thinking of Bandago when the need arise again. Of course I will be talking about Bandago to all my friends as well when the opportunity comes. In fact some are already asking how I was able to haul 12 people with luggages and two bicycles to all the places we went in one week! This is because the Sprinter had a compartment in the back so huge that I was able to fill only half of it. So, I will definitely return and will keep Bandago in my mind on our next road adventure! Just FYI, please take in and out pictures of the vehicle you're renting during the inspection and make sure to point out any concern and these guys will work with you. I did not have any issue at all pointing things out and in fact Diego, the man at the office doing the inspection was very helpful and made me comfortable to point any concern.

Highly recommended to check the van first if you have no idea what it like. We got the spinter captain. I love the car. Comfortable, easy to drive and good gas mileage about $70 for 370 miles. Van fit for ten people but six will be the best. Back seat no legs room and uncomfortable. Huge storage room in the back. Services here was friendly and quick. Will be back again soon.

Best place to rent vans and sprinters in Chicagoland area. Reasonable prices and great customer service.
