Luxury Passenger Van Rentals In Dallas, TX

I have used Bandago (Austin) numerous times and have had top-notch customer service and a great experience every time. Easy to work with, easy to book online and actually easy to talk with someone over the phone if you have any questions. Would highly reccomend!

The Van that we rented was super clean and brand new. Didn’t had any issues with the Van. Booking, picking up and dropping process were super easy.

PThis is my second time to lease from Bandago! It was not as expected to be. They fell short of what I call a good service and vehicle. 1- vehicle was not clean, as attendant stated was just returned. 2- attendant could not answer the question how to release the spare in case of a flat tire and don’t want to wait for roadside assistance. 3- vehicle had visible body damage and had to point out the right front when damage to the attendant which was not aware of and said it was not an issue. When took it on the highway, vehicle shook at 75 miles phr but did not have time to go back and spend the whole day waiting for another vehicle. 4- upon checking the tire, the showed lots of wear which I say upon checking the depth with my finger it showed the were at the rubber indicator between tire grooves ,they were worn which I pointed out the the attendant as well. This was not a safe vehicle to be leasing to people in this condition and should not have been leased out. I called customer service and told them about the issue ,rep said someone will call me back but receive a call. Very disappointed in their vehicle safety measures the take and putting my life and family at jeopardy to just get a lease,. If I had time, I would have declined the vehicle and requested another. Please, check vehicle throughly when renting before you leave office. I hope a manage personal read this and act upon to make sure strict safety measures are taking to insure people safety. Update! A manager contacted me, corrected the situation and promised to update their staff on vehicle safety procedures. Thank you.

I have used Bandago for the last couple of years to transport friends and family to look at Christmas lights. The new manager is totally awesome, he is running the place to a much higher standard than I have experienced in the past, and he is super cool and easy going. The vans I've rented here have aways been in excellent shape, spotlessly clean, and not only much nicer than other van rental agencies in Dallas, but with cheaper rates, to boot! So glad I discovered them a few years back, they have made the Dallas van rental experience much nicer and more affordable!
