1st time renting from here. Great process, easy people to work with, will definitely be back

Bandango was easy to book and pickup/drop off was even easier. I did get lost (make a right upon passing the gates) but that was on me. When I called the help line for directions, they guided me swiftly to pick up. The staff member showed me the van, let me know the condition in which I should return it, and how to drop it off. Helped make a surprise birthday party even better! (Also, if you didn’t know, these vans are extremely comfortable to drive. I usually drive a rav4 and this was even easier almost…except for any sharp turns)

Easy and convenient! Everything was clean and explained to us. Made our trip stress free. Ed and Brandon were great in helping us quickly and professionally.

What a GREAT company. We rented a van for my family 11 people. I got it towed by mistake...8 mins over. They helped me like I was family!! I would give them 2000 stars if I could as it was 9:30pm on a friday. The van was perfect and the customer service second to NONE. Will use again and recommend 100%

Great operation. Easy to reserve, pickup and drop-off. A little pricey, but the van was clean and accommodated our group of 8 comfortably.
