I had a very good experience from the start. I booked my van online through their website, and everything went smoothly. I even went to check out the van before renting it just to make sure it was big enough. After giving it some second thought, I decided to upgrade my van, so I called the number on their website and someone was super helpful in assisting me with upgrading to a different van that was more suitable for my trip and my family. The van was clean and very easy to drive. I initially thought it would be difficult to handle; however, I got the hang of it very quickly, and in some instances it drove better than a truck or a car. The gas mileage on the diesel was very good, which really impressed me. The representative at the facility was super helpful and nice, making sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend them and would absolutely do this again for future trips.

My organization ( a not-for-profit program that supports youth with learning challenges ) has rented 15p vans from Bandago for multiple years, during the busy holiday season over Christmas and New Year out of the Atlanta location. Bandago's level of customer support, general availability of larger vans and overall price is far better than any of the other, much larger retail operations. I truly loathe having to rent from Enterprise. With Bandago, there are no hidden fees, they have vans available all the time, their reps and staff are incredibly helpful, they respond to communications promptly and are upfront and honest. They'll actually pick up the phone if you need to call and you get to talk to a human!! I typically do not leave google reviews, but I wanted to put this out there and publicly thank their CST service team- Nohely, Bella, and the ATL location staff for their support. I hope others who are looking for larger vans and sprinters might see this and give them a shot. Thanks again, Bandago!

This van had about 7,000 miles on it, handled great, adequate power and good fuel mileage. When I need to rent a vehicle, which isn’t often, I generally start on the Turo app. This van was more economical and significantly more convenient. This company has great customer service and the management is incredibly fair! And, the Sprinter Flex we rented was easy to drive, powerful, and spacious. After we picked up the van, we discovered that there were a few minor issues with the vehicle. We mentioned these issues to the folks at Bandago and, without hesitation they gave us a generous discount on the rental price. Most rental companies would not take responsibility or offer discounts under similar circumstances. Basically, Bandago is good to its word, cares for its customers, and provides an excellent product with great customer support. Above all, when doing a cross-country drive, the most important consideration is vehicle reliability. The van we rented ran perfectly, was easy to drive, and got us through high winds, rain, and snow with confidence. I'd give Bandago 10 stars if that were a possibility!

Bandango was easy to book and pickup/drop off was even easier. I did get lost (make a right upon passing the gates) but that was on me. When I called the help line for directions, they guided me swiftly to pick up. The staff member showed me the van, let me know the condition in which I should return it, and how to drop it off. Helped make a surprise birthday party even better! (Also, if you didn’t know, these vans are extremely comfortable to drive. I usually drive a rav4 and this was even easier almost…except for any sharp turns)
