Premium Passenger Van Rental In Dallas, Texas

Liked the concept. I would say Van is just a call away. Have alot of options & colors in Vans. I got booked Sprinter. Fleet is new most of vans are 2025 and above.

When we are looking to rent a van for a long drive for a long rental, this was the only place we could find thats close by airport who had good collection of vans.

Though we didnot make a reservation, we had gone there to checkout the store and talk to the representatives at the location. They explained everything to manage the rental. They gave us a nice tour of the vehicle and helped understand the luggage space available in each of the vans.

But know that you need to call their customer service to make a reservation or book online. It’s the same price. Make sure you understand unlimited miles option as it’s not truly unlimited. Insurance options are available and i’d imagine most folks want to pay extra for peace of mind.

PThis is my second time to lease from Bandago! It was not as expected to be. They fell short of what I call a good service and vehicle.

1- vehicle was not clean, as attendant stated was just returned.

2- attendant could not answer the question how to release the spare in case of a flat tire and don’t want to wait for roadside assistance.

3- vehicle had visible body damage and had to point out the right front when damage to the attendant which was not aware of and said it was not an issue. When took it on the highway, vehicle shook at 75 miles phr but did not have time to go back and spend the whole day waiting for another vehicle.

4- upon checking the tire, the showed lots of wear which I say upon checking the depth with my finger it showed the were at the rubber indicator between tire grooves ,they were worn which I pointed out the the attendant as well.

This was not a safe vehicle to be leasing to people in this condition and should not have been leased out. I called customer service and told them about the issue ,rep said someone will call me back but receive a call. Very disappointed in their vehicle safety measures the take and putting my life and family at jeopardy to just get a lease,.

If I had time, I would have declined the vehicle and requested another. Please, check vehicle throughly when renting before you leave office. I hope a manage personal read this and act upon to make sure strict safety measures are taking to insure people safety.

A manager contacted me, corrected the situation and promised to update their staff on vehicle safety procedures.
