Some needs outlast a weekend: a crew on a 90-day job, a clinic moving patients while its own van is in the shop, a touring company out for a season, a school program, a family between vehicles. Bandago rents 12 and 15 passenger vans by the week and by the month at rates that beat stringing short rentals together, with maintenance on us, additional drivers free, and branches in 15 U.S. cities. When the schedule moves, you extend in place instead of re-booking.

Weekly and Monthly Rates

Rentals of a week or more move to a weekly rate and rentals of a month or more to a monthly rate, so the per-day cost falls as the rental grows. Quote any length online in seconds. Organizations with recurring or multi-month needs can talk to our business team about account terms at business@bandago.com. Billing runs in weekly cycles on long rentals, so there is no surprise balance waiting at return.

Maintenance Is On Us

On rentals of a week or more we pay for authorized oil changes and safety inspections (due every 10,000 miles): keep the receipts and we reimburse. Sprinters need DEF top-ups along the way, reimbursed too. Every van comes with 24/7 nationwide roadside assistance, and if a repair would take more than two business days we work to get a replacement vehicle to you.

Mileage That Fits a Month

Every rental day includes 250 miles, so a 30-day rental carries 7,500 miles before any overage (additional miles are $0.35 each). Daily shuttle loops, regional routes and cross-state moves all fit inside it.

Any Approved Driver, Free

Add up to four drivers per rental at no charge (25 or older with a valid license). Crews rotate, shifts change, and the van keeps working. Use your own commercial or personal insurance, or buy coverage from us.

Extend in Place, Return in Another City

Project running long? One call to HQ extends the rental; no re-booking, no vehicle shuffle. Finished in one market and starting in the next? One-way returns between Bandago cities are available.
