Run Your Own Shuttle, Without Owning a Fleet

Companies rent Bandago vans when they need to move people in groups: a temporary employee shuttle between the overflow lot and the office, a team offsite in the mountains, a conference where everyone should arrive together, or a week of client site visits. Pick the van, add your drivers, and run the route on your schedule. Our vans are self-drive; if your event needs a chauffeur, we are happy to refer you to licensed livery operators.

Daily, Weekly or Monthly

Cover a two-day conference or a three-month parking shuttle during a construction project. Longer rentals are priced for the duration, every rental includes 250 miles per day, and on rentals of a week or more we cover authorized maintenance. Prepay for a discounted rate or hold the van with a small deposit.

Any Approved Driver Rides Free

Add up to four drivers per rental at no charge (25 or older with a valid license), so facilities staff can rotate shifts on a shuttle loop and nobody drives the whole offsite alone. Your commercial insurance is welcome, or buy liability and collision coverage from us.

One Company Account

A free VIP Business account gives your office multiple authorized users, every reservation in one shared history, and a support team that handles organizational rentals. Book vans for several teams or cities without re-entering the company details each time.

Offsites, Retreats and Conference Transport

One 15 passenger van beats a caravan of rental cars and rideshares for a team offsite: everyone rides together, the luggage goes in the cargo hold, and one driver knows the route. Flying the team in? Our branches sit minutes from major airports, and one-way rentals between Bandago cities cover fly-in, drive-out itineraries.

Self-Drive, and Honest About It

Bandago does not supply drivers. That is what keeps the rate a fraction of a chartered shuttle, and it is why the van runs on your timetable. If a chauffeur is a must, ask us for a referral to a licensed livery operator; many of them rent their vans from us.
