Road Crew

Location: Nashville, TN

The gig

We're looking for a new member of our Nashville crew. As Road Crew, you'll keep our vans road-ready for the next tour — detailing vans, swapping seats in and out, running basic maintenance (we'll teach you), checking vans in and out with customers, and making sure every band that pulls out of our Nashville lot has a killer ride.

Every day is a little different. You'll meet touring musicians, film crews, and production folks from all over. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and genuinely fun — if you love music and don't mind rolling up your sleeves, you'll fit right in.

What you'll bring

  • 21 years old or older
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • A love of music
