The gig
We're looking for a new member of our Nashville crew. As Road Crew, you'll keep our vans road-ready for the next tour — detailing vans, swapping seats in and out, running basic maintenance (we'll teach you), checking vans in and out with customers, and making sure every band that pulls out of our Nashville lot has a killer ride.
Every day is a little different. You'll meet touring musicians, film crews, and production folks from all over. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and genuinely fun — if you love music and don't mind rolling up your sleeves, you'll fit right in.
What you'll bring
- 21 years old or older
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- A love of music
Independent Contractor Driver
Location: Nationwide
The gig
We move premium vans between our cities all over the country, and we need reliable independent drivers to get them there. You pick up a van in one city, drive it to another, and get paid for the trip. Some runs are a couple of hours, some are cross-country.
This is 1099 contract work on your own schedule. We offer you drives, you accept the ones that fit your life, and there are no quotas and nobody clocking you in. Our drivers are musicians, students, retirees, and road-trip lovers who would rather be moving than sitting still.
The pay
Pay varies by the job. Every drive is offered with its pay up front, so you know exactly what you'll earn before you accept it. Hotels and approved expenses are covered on multi-day drives.
