A real person confirms your accreditation, usually within one business day, then activates your Client List and enrolls your agency in the commission program. One quick Stripe setup and payouts land straight in your bank account.
Book For Clients, Get Paid
Reserve vans for any client from the portal or over the phone. When a rental completes and is paid in full, your 5% becomes payable and goes out with a weekly payout run, about 30 days after drop-off.
What 5% Looks Like
Group vans are a bigger ticket than a sedan, and multi-day trips add up fast. Your commission is 5% of the base rental charges on each completed booking.
Commission is calculated on base rental charges, net of discounts. Taxes, fees, fuel, delivery, and protection products are not commissionable. Your clients pay the same rates as booking direct.

Which agency credentials do you accept?
We accept IATA, ARC, CLIA, TRUE, and TIDS numbers. Book travel professionally without one? Register anyway and our team will verify your agency directly.
How much is the commission, and on what?
A flat 5% of the base rental charges on every completed booking made through your account, net of discounts. Taxes, government fees, fuel, delivery, mileage overages, and protection products are excluded. There are no tiers and no minimums, and every agency earns the same rate.
When and how do I get paid?
A commission becomes payable once the rental is completed and paid in full, with a 30-day buffer for changes and refunds. Payouts go out weekly by direct deposit through Stripe, and your portal shows pending and paid amounts in real time.
How are my bookings tracked?
By account, not by links or promo codes. Once your agency is enrolled, any reservation booked through your account or one of your Client List sub-accounts is attributed to you automatically, whether you book online or call us.
Do my clients pay more when I book through Bandago?
No. Your clients pay the same rates as booking direct, and joining the program is free. The commission comes from us, not from a markup.
Can my client pay with their own card?
Yes. Send the cardholder a secure authorization link from the portal and the card goes on file for that client only. You can also keep an agency card on the account for centrally billed trips.
