Crew Transport Without The Fleet Overhead

Built For Crews That Travel To The Work

When your crews follow the projects — a data center build this quarter, an airport terminal the next — owning a van fleet means paying for parking, insurance, maintenance, and vehicles that sit idle between jobs. Bandago puts your crew in a late-model passenger van for exactly as long as the project runs, then takes it back. Contractors have run multi-month, multi-crew rentals with us across several cities at once.

Why Contractors Rent Crew Vans From Bandago

A VIP Business account is free, and it turns van rental into a line item instead of a logistics problem: your office books, your foremen drive, accounting gets one clean invoice per rental.

Monthly & Long-Term Rates

Weekly and monthly rates that beat piecing together short rentals, and long-term pricing we can negotiate for multi-month projects. Extend in place when the schedule slips — no re-booking, no shuffle.

One Invoice, Direct Billing

Every rental bills to your company account with clean per-vehicle invoices your accounting team can code to the job. Net-30 terms are available on approved accounts.

Your COI, On File Once

Send us your certificate of insurance once and it covers your rentals account-wide. Prefer our damage waiver instead? Add it per rental. Either way, drivers aren't filling out insurance paperwork at pickup.

Any Approved Driver

Add foremen and crew leads as drivers on the account. Crews rotate, drivers swap mid-project, and the van keeps working — you don't re-qualify a renter every time the roster changes.

15 Cities, One-Ways Included

Pick up in one city, return in another when the project moves. With locations coast to coast, the next job site is usually near a Bandago lot — and the same account works at all of them.

Fast When It Matters

Crew flying in Monday for a Tuesday start? Call us. Subject to availability we regularly put crews in vans on short notice — including same-day pickups when the lot has the vehicle.

Up And Running In A Day

How It Works

1

Set Up A Company Account

Register free as a business, add your company details, and upload your COI if you're using your own coverage. A real person reviews and activates the account, usually within one business day.

2

Book Vans, Add Drivers

Book online or call the branch. Add the foremen and crew leads who'll drive. Need three vans in Columbus and one in Atlanta? Same account, same invoice format, same phone number.

3

Run The Project

Extend when the schedule slips, swap vehicles if needs change, return one-way if the crew moves on. Accounting sees clean invoices; your PMs see one vendor for crew transport everywhere.

Do The Math

Renting Beats Owning For Traveling Crews

A crew van you own works a few projects a year and costs you every single day. A crew van you rent works exactly the days the project needs it.

What a rented crew van saves you

Fly the crew in, pick the van up near the job site, and return it when the phase wraps. If a van has a mechanical problem mid-project, we swap it — your crew keeps working while we handle the shop visit.

Straight Answers

Construction Crew FAQ

Do you offer monthly or long-term rates?

Yes. Weekly and monthly rates are standard, and for multi-month projects we can negotiate long-term pricing on your company account. Many of our construction customers keep vans for 60–90 days or more and extend in place as schedules move.

Can we use our company's insurance?

Yes. Put your certificate of insurance on file once and it applies to rentals account-wide. If you'd rather not involve your policy, our damage waiver is available per rental instead.

Can multiple employees drive the van?

Yes. Add approved drivers to the reservation — foremen, crew leads, superintendents — and they can share the wheel. Drivers need a valid license and to meet our minimum age requirement (25 by default on business accounts).

Can we pick up in one city and return in another?

Yes, one-way rentals between our locations are available. When a crew finishes in one market and the next project is in another Bandago city, take the van with them and return it there. And check our deals page — some one-way routes carry limited-time offers.

What happens if a van has a problem mid-project?

Call us and we handle it. Maintenance is on us, and if a van needs shop time we work to swap your crew into another vehicle so the project doesn't wait on a repair bay.

How fast can we get a van?

Often very fast. Subject to availability, we've put crews in vans the same day they called — including multi-van, same-day pickups. For project kickoffs, booking a week or two ahead guarantees the vehicles you need.

Do you rent cargo vans or trucks?

No — we specialize in passenger vans for moving people: 8 to 15 seats, plus luggage and tool bags. For hauling materials you'll want a truck rental company; for hauling the crew, that's us.
