How It Works
Set Up A Company Account
Register free as a business, add your company details, and upload your COI if you are using your own coverage. A real person reviews and activates the account, usually within one business day.
Tell Us The Count And The Dates
How many vans, which city, start date, and how long. We reserve the block on your account. The earlier the better: peak blocks are best reserved in September and October, before the lots fill for the holidays.
Run Peak, Then Return Or Extend
Pick up, add drivers, and run routes. Extend in place if volume holds into January, swap a van if it needs shop time, and return the block when the season is over. Accounting sees one clean invoice per van.

Do you rent cargo vans?
Our fleet is passenger vans, configured for cargo on request. We remove the rear rows and can install a partition wall, which leaves an enclosed cargo area with two or three seats up front. For package delivery that works the same way a dedicated cargo van does, with the bonus that the seats can go back in if you ever need them.
Is Bandago affiliated with Amazon?
No. Bandago is an independent van rental company. Delivery service partners rent from us directly, the same way they would from any rental provider, and meeting your delivery program's vehicle requirements remains your responsibility. We are happy to walk through our vehicle specs and documents so you can confirm fit before you reserve.
How far ahead should we reserve for peak?
September and October are ideal. Peak blocks typically start in the first half of November, and multi-van orders need lead time so the vans are staged and configured at the lot you need. Last-minute additions are often possible, subject to availability, but the earlier we know the count, the more we can guarantee.
What about mileage?
Every rental includes 250 free miles per day, per van, which covers a typical route with room to spare. If your routes run longer than that, tell us when you reserve and we will quote the mileage plan alongside the rental, so the invoice at return holds no surprises.
Can we use our own commercial auto insurance?
Yes. Put your certificate of insurance on file once and it applies to rentals account-wide. If you would rather not involve your policy, our damage waiver is available per rental instead.
Can multiple drivers share a van?
Yes. Add up to six approved drivers per van and rotate them as your roster changes. Drivers need a valid license and must meet our minimum age requirement, 25 by default on business accounts.
What if peak runs long, or ends early?
Extend in place if volume holds into January; there is no re-booking or vehicle shuffle. If the route count drops sooner than expected, call the branch and we will arrange the return. Multi-van accounts can also scale down one van at a time.
Can we pick up in one city and return in another?
Yes, one-way rentals between our locations are available. Check our deals page: some one-way routes carry limited-time offers.
