Every year the same thing happens: route counts jump in November, the vans you lease are all spoken for, and anything you add for peak is sitting idle by February. Bandago rents the surge. Delivery service partners and logistics companies have run multi-van blocks with us for 40 to 90 days at a time, then returned them the week the volume went away.
A VIP Business account is free, and it turns peak capacity into a line item: your ops manager books, your drivers drive, accounting gets one clean invoice per van.
Rates built for a season, not a year. Take the vans for the weeks peak actually runs, extend in place if it runs long, and return them when the route count comes back down. No 12-month lease for a 10-week problem.
Our vans are passenger vans, and that is the point: we pull the rear rows and can add a partition wall, leaving an enclosed, weather-protected cargo bay with two or three seats up front. Packages ride inside, not on a trailer.
Three vans or ten from one company account, with per-vehicle invoices your accounting team can code to the station. Net-30 terms are available on approved accounts.
Send us your certificate of insurance once and it covers your rentals account-wide. Prefer not to touch your policy? Our damage waiver is available per rental instead. Either way, nobody fills out paperwork at pickup.
Add your drivers to the reservation and rotate them as the roster changes. Rosters churn during peak; the van keeps working without re-qualifying a renter every time a route changes hands.
Every rental includes 250 free miles per day, more than a typical route runs. If your routes run longer, tell us up front and we will quote the mileage plan with the rental so there are no surprises at return.
Register free as a business, add your company details, and upload your COI if you are using your own coverage. A real person reviews and activates the account, usually within one business day.
How many vans, which city, start date, and how long. We reserve the block on your account. The earlier the better: peak blocks are best reserved in September and October, before the lots fill for the holidays.
Pick up, add drivers, and run routes. Extend in place if volume holds into January, swap a van if it needs shop time, and return the block when the season is over. Accounting sees one clean invoice per van.
A van you lease for peak costs you every month of the year. A van you rent for peak costs you the weeks the routes exist.
Add exactly the vans the season needs. If a van has a mechanical problem mid-peak, we swap it so the route keeps running while we handle the shop visit.
Rear seats out, partition wall in, and a tall enclosed bay behind the driver. Tell us how you want the van set up when you reserve and it is ready that way at pickup.

Ford Transit, the delivery-fleet favorite
Every van is maintained by Bandago and backed by a nationwide network. Your drivers run routes in a vehicle that is not a tired end-of-lease unit.
The delivery-fleet workhorse and what most of our DSP customers run: easy to drive, familiar to any driver, and a big open bay with the rows out.
Tall roof and a walk-through cabin for bulkier loads and drivers who sort in the van between stops.
The low-roof, economical option for compact package loads when the budget line matters most.
Our fleet is passenger vans, configured for cargo on request. We remove the rear rows and can install a partition wall, which leaves an enclosed cargo area with two or three seats up front. For package delivery that works the same way a dedicated cargo van does, with the bonus that the seats can go back in if you ever need them.
No. Bandago is an independent van rental company. Delivery service partners rent from us directly, the same way they would from any rental provider, and meeting your delivery program's vehicle requirements remains your responsibility. We are happy to walk through our vehicle specs and documents so you can confirm fit before you reserve.
September and October are ideal. Peak blocks typically start in the first half of November, and multi-van orders need lead time so the vans are staged and configured at the lot you need. Last-minute additions are often possible, subject to availability, but the earlier we know the count, the more we can guarantee.
Every rental includes 250 free miles per day, per van, which covers a typical route with room to spare. If your routes run longer than that, tell us when you reserve and we will quote the mileage plan alongside the rental, so the invoice at return holds no surprises.
Yes. Put your certificate of insurance on file once and it applies to rentals account-wide. If you would rather not involve your policy, our damage waiver is available per rental instead.
Yes. Add up to six approved drivers per van and rotate them as your roster changes. Drivers need a valid license and must meet our minimum age requirement, 25 by default on business accounts.
Extend in place if volume holds into January; there is no re-booking or vehicle shuffle. If the route count drops sooner than expected, call the branch and we will arrange the return. Multi-van accounts can also scale down one van at a time.
Yes, one-way rentals between our locations are available. Check our deals page: some one-way routes carry limited-time offers.
Set up a free company account, tell us the count and the dates, and make overflow capacity a solved problem this peak and every peak after it.
