A corporate jet, a sports charter or a touring act lands with eight to fifteen people and more luggage than two SUVs will take. Bandago keeps 12 and 15 passenger vans in 15 US cities, each branch minutes from the major airport. We can deliver the van to the FBO on a weekday and collect it when the trip is done, or the crew can take a short rideshare to the branch and drive off. Flight departments and operators that fly the same routes keep one account with us and book every leg on it.

A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the crew van a passenger expects to see on the ramp: high roof, 12 to 15 seats, a cargo hold for bags and cases, and clean white or black paint that looks right beside the aircraft.

The Ford Transit carries a full crew and their bags at the lowest weekly price of our full-size vans. The choice for a crew that is staying a week and driving every day.

The Chevy Express is a dependable, no-frills van for a line crew, a ground team or a short positioning run.
Tell us the FBO, the tail number's arrival window and who signs for the van, and a Bandago driver has it at the ramp-side lot before the aircraft is on the ground. Delivery and collection run on weekdays between 11am and 3pm, need about two weeks' notice, and carry a minimum rental of three days within 100 miles of a branch or seven days up to 600 miles. The fee is all-inclusive (driver, fuel, tolls, the driver's trip home) and quoted up front. Rentals with delivery take a 30% deposit, refundable with two weeks' notice. Call 866-868-7826, option 1, for a delivery quote.
Short notice, or a crew that prefers to collect the van itself? Our branches sit a short rideshare from ATL (a dedicated airport branch in College Park), AUS, BNA, CLT, CMH, DEN, DFW, EWR, LAX, MCO, MIA, ORD, PDX and SFO. Off-airport pickup means no airport concession or facility fees on the bill.
A free VIP Business account puts the operator, not the pilot's personal card, on the booking: a card on file for the department, several people able to book, one invoice per trip, and a certificate of insurance when the operator's policy covers the van. Charter brokers and FBO customer-service desks that arrange ground transport for their own clients use the same account to book on a client's behalf.
A crew positioning between two of our cities can pick up at one branch and drop at another; the one-way fee is on the quote before you reserve. Every rental includes 250 miles a day, so a crew driving to the hotel, the venue and back for a week is covered.
Bandago started as the van company for touring bands, and most of what lands on a charter ramp is a group we already know how to move: a team and its equipment, an artist and crew, a production unit with cases. Book several vans under one reservation when the manifest needs them, and ask us about a one-way when the tour moves on by road.
